Animal Welfare Non Profit Shelter for homeless, abused and neglected animals; dogs, cats, puppies, kittens. On average, 1,000 animals are adopted out each year from the SPCA of Westchester. Through our Humane Enforcement/Animal Cops, thousands of animals are saved, rescued and rehabilitated. The SPCA receives no funding from the ASPCA, state, local, or federal agencies and relies solely on public donations!
